If there were less fast food being consumed and more homecooked meals, there wouldn't be this diet craze that we see occurring in our society.
The earth has provided all of the food we need, and when consumed in the right way, there won't be a necessity for the diet pills & slim fast & other things that are supposed to help get and keep the weight off.
There are actually weightloss foods, food that speed up metabolism, food that give energy to boost the workouts. We need to focus more on NUTRITION rather than just EATING which means alot of people may need to GET BACK IN THE KITCHEN instead of driving up to a window for someone to throw food out of it.
